Sleep, stress and burnout
When the body does not recover even if you rest, we must study the reason in depth.
Sustained stress, non-restorative sleep and chronic exhaustion have a real impact on metabolism, inflammation, mood and recovery. At EONLIFE Clinic we study what lies behind them to build a plan that helps to restore energy, rest and balance.
Many people who come to this clinic have been living with fatigue for months or years. They have rested, changed habits, tried things. And they are still the same. Sometimes the problem is not visible in a routine blood test. You have to look deeper.

Sleep and stress assessment
We analyse how you sleep, how you recover and the level of stress you are holding. Not just what you describe, but what the data can confirm or expand upon.

Analysis of associated factors
Chronic exhaustion can be caused by multiple factors. Among these, hormonal, metabolic, nutritional or inflammatory imbalances may be at the root of the problem. Through specific tests, we can determine the cause. Only then can we resolve it.

Personalised recovery plan
With a complete picture of your situation, we define a plan tailored to your case. It may include habit modification, a nutritional change, an oral or intravenous supplementation regimen, or specific therapies using red light, a hyperbaric chamber or a cryosauna. In addition to continuous medical follow-up.

How do I know if my tiredness is normal or needs medical attention?
When fatigue persists over time, does not improve with rest and affects work, mood or the ability to recover, it is advisable to consult a doctor. There is no need to wait until you are in a critical state.
Does this programme deal only with emotional stress?
No. Emotional stress can play a part, but we also look at metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, nutritional, digestive factors, sleep habits and lifestyle. The aim is to understand the whole picture and connect all the contributing factors, rather than just focusing on one.
What is assessed during the initial consultation?
Symptoms, sleep quality, energy levels, habits, diet, stress load, medical history and potential underlying medical factors. This is an in-depth consultation, not a quick questionnaire.
Can it help if I sleep for many hours but wake up tired?
Yes. Sleeping for many hours does not equate to resting well. There are factors that affect sleep quality beyond quantity, and they are precisely the ones we assess in this programme.
Does the plan include medication?
Not necessarily. It depends on each case. It may include habit changes, nutrition, supplementation, specific therapies or other recommendations. If medication is required, this is indicated by the doctor in charge of the case.
